The 2025 American Legion State Commander Keith Koster Visits Syracuse and Onondaga County!

Syracuse, NY. – The Onondaga County American Legion welcomed their NYS leadership on Monday, September 30th, 2024 for a local tour and evening dinner of Onondaga County.
 
The entourage consisted of Department of New York American Legion Commander Keith Koster, Department of NY Squadron Detachment Commander (SAL) Gaither Espey and Department of NY Auxiliary President (ALA) Kimberly Quick.
 
Staring with a greeting by the Mattydale Post 1832 Color Guard, the group visited Mattydale Post and had lunch prepared by the Auxiliary.
 
They then took in a visit and tour of the Gregery J. Harris Military Courtesy Room at Hancock Airport, led by courtesy room director Patrick Lyons, including the Aviation Museum
 
The evening concluded with a reception and dinner at Cicero Post 787.
 
It was a nice day and thank you to all who participated in planning this event.
