Veterans Of Color Memorial Planned at Kirk Park

Dunbar Post 1642 Commander Herb Dunmore recently announced plans for a Veterans Of Color Monument to be placed in Syracuse’ Kirk Park.  The Monument will commemorate the rich history of Syracuse Blacks, Latinos and other veterans of color whose contributions are largely unknown in the Syracuse Community.
