Syracuse, NY – The Certificate of Achievement in Membership Excellence is awarded to a post in good standing that has a membership chairman and has worked to achieve and even surpass its membership goals during the 2024/2025 Legion Year.

These Certificates of Membership Achievement for Membership Excellence are presented to the following recipients in recognition of and sincere appreciation of their outstanding service to their Legion in achieving their membership retention and growth goals as set by the Department of New York for the 2024/2025 American Legion year.
