PURCHASE PROGRAM BOOK ADS

VENDOR TABLE SPACE

Any Convention Program Book should be more than just a listing of events.  It should reflect the spirit and essence of the event, from re-establishing friendships to finding new ones.  Our own Program Book still is in demand.  As a bit of transparency, we did order a little too many, but even to this date, people are asking for copies!  We will have over 1,000 legionnaires and members of other VSO’s wanting copies.  So your ad will get out.

Although the original deadline is April 15th, it has been extended to May 1st,  2026.  Please print the form below and contact Legionnaire Judy Wallace to arrange your ad placement.

VENDOR TABLES & BOOSTER SHEETS

What would the convention be without Vendor Tables?  We have room at the Marriott and the Collegian for people who wish to promote a product or service.  The Sponsorship Tier sheet below includes information on that and the cost for a vendor table per day for Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday during the Convention.  Not-for-profit craft tables (amateur craft makers) will be allowed at a rate of $50.00 at the discretion of our Convention Finance Officer.  If you would like to put a table out, please contact Judy Wallace.

Booster Sheets are also a prime source of funding for our events.  This form, on the right, can also be downloaded and printed here.
